Welcome to the Wyniger Group! We are an owner-managed group of companies based in the region of Basel and have our focus on the catering and hotel industry. We are proud to count various cultural businesses, a catering and a facility management to be part of our company. We even have our own brewery and sell the beer and gin in our outlets. Our businesses are all individually managed and positioned under their own brand. They stand for quality and authenticity. Our motto is «enjoy with refinement».

Who we are
The «Wyniger Group» was founded after the merger of the Teufelhof Basel and the Ryago AG and bundles the supervisory business activities of all the affiliated companies.
Restauration
In our restaurants, we aspire for hospitality and gastronomic experiences, always in an uncomplicated and authentic way. All our concepts are individually positioned and independently managed, and we offer a broad portfolio: From steakhouse to "Quartierbeiz", from gourmet restaurant to a trendy "urban Swissness" concept. Our food concept base on a high-quality and artisanal preparation and we choose our drinks always guest oriented. We look forward to welcoming you to our establishments.
Hospitality
The hotel industry, or rather the Teufelhof Basel, is our origin. We want to preserve the unique liaison of art & culture with gastronomy for the future and for the people of Basel. High customer orientation, good positioning and cheerful hospitality characterise our houses. Next to the traditional house Der Teufelhof Basel, the SET Hotel.Residence by Teufelhof Basel is located directly opposite the Teufelhof. The new building from June 2019 is the perfect place for guests who would like to stay with us for a longer period of time with its courtyard design studios and apartments.
From December 2022 onwards, we will own a chic country hotel in the Waldhaus beider Basel. We are leasing this from the Basel-Stadt civic community. In this way, the Waldhaus beider Basel will complement our group.
Production and Trade
We ensure that our products come from sustainable production and use local products whenever possible. We produce from the region for the region! Our catering businesses produce as much as possible themselves. That makes us proud.
Handcraft is important to us. The joy of producing and the special attention to the monitoring of quality leads us to a successful work. We have various locations where we produce and sell our high-quality products.
